General Rules
GENERAL RULES
- 6 game seasons, not including playoffs.
- 7 v 7 formats on 25 yd wide x 50 yd long fields
- NO pass rush, 4-6 second sack count. Emphasis on the pass game and run game limitations.
- Practices are held at coaches' discretion.
- NO Tryouts.
- NO Drafts.
- Rosters are formed by a Coaches request.
- Single players will be placed on teams by NJ

Football Sizes by Division
- Kindergarten: Mini or Pee-Wee football.
- 1st - 4th Grade: Pee-Wee football.
- 5th - 6th Grade: Junior football; and
- 7th - 8th Grade: Youth football.
- High School: HS Football
General Information
COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS:
- All Head Coaches must provide the NJFFC with a current Coaches certification.
Saturday and Sundays
- April 7,14,21,28
- May 4,5, playoffs
- May 11,12 (If needed for inclement weather)
