General Rules

GENERAL RULES

6 game seasons, not including playoffs.
7 v 7 formats on 25 yd wide x 50 yd long fields
NO pass rush, 4-6 second sack count. Emphasis on the pass game and run game limitations.
Practices are held at coaches' discretion.
NO Tryouts.
NO Drafts.
Rosters are formed by a Coaches request.
Single players will be placed on teams by NJ

Football Sizes by Division

Kindergarten: Mini or Pee-Wee football.
1st - 4th Grade: Pee-Wee football.
5th - 6th Grade: Junior football; and
7th - 8th Grade: Youth football.
High School: HS Football

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS:

All Head Coaches must provide the NJFFC with a current Coaches certification.
